It's exciting to build a home. If you have a builder in mind, great! There are no restrictions on who you hire or how you go about building, except, of course, for the very accommodating local building codes. If you don't have a builder, may we suggest clicking on the "preferred builder" button at the top of this page? Our preferred builders have built some of the most beautiful homes in the state. The above images are just a few examples.

There are 4 basic steps to building on a lot :

	Select a budget range.
	Browse through the available lots section and find a lot you would like to look at - then give us a call to set up a viewing, or request a viewing online.
	You need a home design. Some resources that will assist you in finding a design are: the internet, an architect, or a builder with in-house services.
	Select the builder you would like to use.
